General Regulations

• AlQannas offers a range of different activities. which set strict conditions for participation in accordance with the specific safety rules for the practice of these activities below.
• If the rules are not observed, these activities can be dangerous, can cause serious injury and even death.
• You are solely responsible for learning the correct techniques and the safety measures in place. You personally assume all risks and liabilities for any damage, injuries or death that might be caused by not observing the safety rules and the important recommendations set out in this document, at the beginning of the activities and those that may be instructed by the AlQannas staff members before, during and after the activity chosen.
• If you are not able to assume this responsibility or risk, do not perform any of the activities available at the Park.
• AlQannas cannot be held liable for any incidents arising from the practice of these activities if the listed conditions of participation are accepted under false pretenses, if the safety rules are not observed, or in the case of panic of one or more participants.
• The general preliminary safety instructions are listed here and at panels in the Parks, and are also explained by AlQannas staff during the safety brief, where applicable.
• PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) packs are given to the guests per each activity’s regulations, and where stated, the activity cannot be performed without using this safety equipment. It is strictly forbidden for the guest to use his/her private equipment for some of the activities as highlighted at each Park Rules and Regulation panels.
• Guests are responsible for the strict application of these rules that have been shown to them and for their own safety during the activities.
• The guest, with his/her entrance ticket, is entitled to use only the facilities allowed by the ticket that he/she bought in the ticket office and for a period stated on his/her entry ticket.
• Guests must adhere to AlQannas operating hours and closure timings. Closure information can be found at AlQannas Ticket offices, website homepage or social media pages.
• AlQannas Park staff have the discretion to deny access due to inadequate equipment, violation of rules, safety concerns and special event programming.
• Prices, operating schedules and availability of attractions are subject to change without prior notice. AlQannas Park Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest in order to control occupancy when required.
• AlQannas Park management reserves the right to use photos and videos taken of visitors at this facility for publicity purposes without consent or compensation.
• Special events or programming require advance permission from AlQannas Park management. Events are not allowed unless managed by AlQannas Park Management.
• All participants must meet all required height, health, size and age restrictions for all attractions and games. All participants accept without restriction the T&C of participation and safety. All participants accept that it is compulsory to wear the safety equipment provided or requested throughout the performance of the activity.

General Waiver Form

• All participants must have a General Waiver on file for entry. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) sign the waiver.
• Any failure to register as required shall not constitute a valid excuse for non-compliance with these rules and regulations
• Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to sign the required waiver form. It must be signed by a parent or an adult in charge of the group. Persons under the age of 18 may not take responsibility for other minors.
• By allowing their child to enter AlQannas Park, parents and/or guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood these rules and regulations and will be fully responsible for their child’s actions
• Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their child and must ensure their adherence to these rules and regulations at all times.
• All bags are subject to inspection. Bringing food, drinks, glassware, illegal substances, hazardous or dangerous items are not allowed inside the Park.
• AlQannas shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of your personal belongings.
• Courteous conduct is expected. Disruptive behavior or language, including failure to obey safety requirements and rules, may result in a suspension, or expulsion from the park and loss of future park privileges.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke during the activities and within the grounds of the park.
• No camping, fires, fireworks, stickers or graffiti.
• No animals/pets are allowed inside the Park.
• Guests and visitors must respect and abide by designated areas, in order to prevent any deterioration of the garden and for their own safety. Please help keep your park clean. Place all litter in trash/recycling receptacles.
• AlQannas Parks are monitored by CCTV.

Physical Condition

• Participants must be in adequate physical and mental condition to perform all activities offered at AlQannas. Management reserves the right to deny access to the park activities or to interrupt performing the activities in the case of any person not meeting the minimum safety requirements
• The general preliminary safety instructions are listed here and at panels in the Parks, and are also explained by AlQannas staff during the safety brief, where applicable.
• Guests are responsible for the strict application of these rules that have been shown to them and for their own safety during the activities.

  • Minimum age: 8-year-old
  • Kids under 12 years old must be supervised by a parent/ guardian.
• LaserTag
  • Minimum age: 8-year-old
  • Kids under 12 years old must be supervised by a parent/ guardian.

Paintball Park Rules and Regulations

1. Obey the park staff instructions
2. Don’t run, climb or crawl

   Running around at high speeds can lead to injuries in case you bump into your teammates or opponents or even hit some of the obstacles within the arena. Arena structures aren’t designed to withstand heavy loads. Crawling can be risky in dark indoor arenas, lying down or kneeling in the location is fine.

3. No physical contact or using foul language

   Remember! It is an exclusive non-contact sport, so even the slightest physical contact with your opponent is not allowed. If the contact is intentional, the player would be expelled from the game immediately. If it is unintentional, players from both teams would be given one and a final warning. However, if the players with a warning make contact again, they would have to walk out of the game.

5. The sensor must be activated:

   At the start of the combat, the sensors are sometimes restarted so, ensure that you check your sensor as soon as the game starts and activate it immediately. Otherwise, if it is discovered during the game, you would, unfortunately, have to walk out of the game.

6. Sensors should be visible:

   Since the laser hits on the sensors and makes the weapon disabled for a few seconds, if you try to hide your sensors so that the tagger doesn’t receive the tags, it is not only a poor tactic but a violation of rules as well. Hiding your sensor is not only dishonorable but unpardonable as well; therefore, anyone caught doing so would have to leave the game.

7. The sensor should be audible:

   Another way to show your poor sportsmanship is to mask your sensor’s sound. Make sure your sensor is uncovered and emits the loudest sound.

8. Show true sportsmanship:

   Regardless of your expertise or type of gameplay, once you have got your laser tag equipment on, know that you have to play with honor. A Laser Tag Sportsman doesn’t know the words cheat, lie, or benefit from a damaged enemy, so play accordingly.

9. Play in a team:

   Keep your team as the top priority, if you are not playing to win as a team, you have failed already.

10. It is just a game:

    Never forget that laser tag is a game designed for fun purposes, not aggressive or bash other players. No matter who you are playing with, make sure always to stay calm. Any player who gets exhausted, angry, or aggressive during the game is advised to walk out immediately.

Refunds

• All issued tickets are not refundable. However, if the ticket is canceled 24 hours before the reservation, the Counter Ticket Staff at the Park could reschedule the reservation.
• In the event of bad weather conditions, the management reserves the right to stop activity in the park for your security. If this should happen, any guests who have been there for less than 0.5h. shall be given a free ticket voucher for another day within the following 60 days.
• If a ticket has been sold, there is no right of reimbursement, unless the guest withdraws during the Introduction Course, in which case he shall be reimbursed 50% of the cost of the ticket.
